[50] International Competition for Singing and Piano Duo

The International Competition for Singing and Piano Duo was held 5 times from 2009 to 2017, as a part of the Austrian Music Weeks in Bulgaria. Its specialty is a duo of singing and piano accompaniment. The location is the city of Sofia. The organizer is the Embassy of Austria. The competition was initiated by
the pianist Maria Chervenlieva, who was ocuupied for many years with accompaniment and teaching at the National Academy for Arts in Plovdiv, a then in Vienna.
